About The Janet Goodrich Method
For twenty years from the age of seven Janet wore thick glasses for myopia and astigmatism. After studying Reichian therapy as well as the Bates and Corbett Methods she was able to discard her glasses completely. Janet completed training as a Reichian therapist, obtained her Ph.D. in psychology on vision & character, and determined to help others improve their eyesight.
Over her more than thirty years in this field Janet designed the courses and wrote the books that have helped thousands of people around the world to see clearly. She also trained hundreds of Instructors in her method. Her two books have been printed in more than seven languages around the world and remain popular. They include ‘Natural Vision Improvement’ and ‘Help Your Child to Perfect Eyesight Without Glasses’. (Currently printed in the USA as ‘How to Improve Your Child’s Eyesight Naturally, a Thoughtful Parent’s Guide’ by Inner Traditions Publishing.)
